I’m an assistant professor in the department of Information Systems and Technology of University of Jeddah . My research interests are in big data managment and data science, with an emphasis on designing and developing scalable solutions for processing, querying and mining complex large-scale time series that leverage modern distributed compute infrastructures. My work has been published in the premier peer-reviewed data management research venues and in domain-science journals including SIGMOD, PVLDB and ICDE.
